An experienced mediator can help solve disputes and disagreements, utilizing a process that provides a number of benefits:


  • Costs – You can share the cost equally or one party can offer to pay for the mediation in full or in part.
  • Representation – You are welcome to have your private attorneys attend the mediation, though it’s not required.
  • Contested cases - If you are presently in a contested case and you can get the other parties to agree to a mediation, the court will be happy to grant a continuance on your next hearing or trial to help you facilitate a settlement through mediation.
