Born and raised on Cape Cod, Chantal began her legal career in 1998 at Hayes & Hayes Attorney-At-Law, P.C. working as a legal assistant and then paralegal for her father Michael J. Hayes and grandfather Harold L. Hayes. She opened Cape Cod Divorce & Mediation, P.C. in 2012, focusing her practice in Divorce and Estate Mediation, Estate Planning and Estate Administration. Additionally, Chantal serves on a number of local boards, committees and organizations that benefit the greater Cape Cod community.

Christine began at Cape Cod Divorce and Mediation in 2015 as a paralegal, In this role, she learned the rules and laws that govern the Family and Probate Court as well as other areas of practice. During this same period, she attended law school. In 2018, she became a student practitioner, which enabled her to apply those learned rules and laws in the Courtroom prior to obtaining her law license. In 2020, Christine passed the bar.
Since the beginning of her practice, Christine has become a successful litigator and advocate for many clients. She understands the complexity of cases and the emotional hardship clients feel while going through the process of divorce, custody, guardianship and the Department of Children and Families state intervention cases. Her compassion and empathy for her clients, coupled with her experience and knowledge of the law, make her a zealous advocate for those needing litigation and representation.
